Then, visit of the medieval village of Torrechiara dominated by its romantic castle.
For lunch we will go in a fascinating cellar of DOC wines "Colli di Parma", where we'll have a explanation on the production of the local "Colli di Parma" wines, and a rich tasting of typical products.

Afternoon Transfer to the Province of Modena to admire a real "Acetaia" with its ancient barrels of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. Tasting session at the end of the visit.
