From 1820 in Gropparello mountains our family develops handicraft pork-butchers. Following this tradition we continue today with commitment and professionalism our grandparents activity, producing and seasoning cold meats and salami with their ancient working process. Gropparello geographical position and altitude (Emilian-Ligurian Apennine –1000 m. above sea level with a strong influence and of the maritime climate )work together to make of cold meat and salami seasoning one of our winning cards. Coppa, Salame and Pancetta are particularly valuable: we deserve a special care to these products from the first quality meats chosen all through the working process. Limited production gives to these cold meats and salami the special guarantee of being wholesome and respectful of tradition that is an added value compared with many mass productions. |
