tortelli d erbetta piattoDeparture from the accomodation in Parma at 9.30 am

During the day, we will learn how to cook typical dishes of Parma such as the tortelli d’erbetta, a square-shape egg pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, as well as the “torta fritta” a fried bread which will accompany perfectly all the salamis of our region. We will roll up our sleeves in a wonderful kitchen and learn how to prepare the dough, the filling and all the other dishes with the help of a very kind local and traditional cook, the “rezdora”.

We will then have the satisfaction to seat at the table to enjoy what we cooked, together with other local products and a good glass of wine. During the afternoon, we will have a special visit of Parma: we will take the bikes and, along with parma duomo e battisteroan expert guide, we will ride through the most characteristic alleys full of old shops, admire lovely squares and truly unique views. We will see the Pilotta, impressive historical building, the Farnese theatre, one of the most beautiful architecture of the 17th century, the Duomo and the Battistero, monuments of rare beauty, going through Piazza Garibaldi, via Farini and via Cavour.
