She has always been engaged in doing voluntary work, she has contributed to making the city's community aware of the serious problems in the undereveloped countries of the Third World;and she has dedicated herself to the insertion of disabled people in schools and work.

The Certificate of Public Merit has been awared to AMELIO GANDOLFI.For having dedicated his whole life time to voluntary wirk in the meritorious Public Assistance, of which he has been an important point of reference even in the most difficult moments.

The Certificate of Public Merit has been awared to CENTRO DI SOLIDARIETA' L'ORIZZONTE.For ten-year's activity in the recovery and rehebilitation of drug addicts, involing families and social workers, and in this way contributing to civil growth in the city's commununity. The Certificate is recived by Father Fausto Torresendi.
